Monthly Bookkeeping Pricing
Below is a guideline that provides a rough estimate for monthly bookkeeping fees. Every business is unique and has individual needs, so please contact us to get a specific quote.
Note: To best serve our clients, we only use QuickBooks Online.
Monthly bookkeeping generally includes categorizing daily transactions, bank reconciliation, and standard reports, which are Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements. We are a full service bookkeeping business, so we can help with as little or as much of your bookkeeping needs! Services are individualized to best serve your business. For example, if your business needs monthly bookkeeping and payroll but not Accounts Receivable, we will price that accordingly.

What's the difference between clean up and catch up?
Clean-up bookkeeping fixes mistakes in records you already entered.
Catch up is when no bookkeeping/record keeping was done at all, and the bookkeeper enters the data for the missing time frame. This is for the current tax year.
